Meet Sam
Hi, I'm Sam, the owner of SRMT.
After more than 25 years in the corporate world, I understand how desk work, poor posture and everyday stress can contribute to muscle tension and discomfort.
As someone who enjoys running, horse riding and keeping active, I also appreciate the physical demands that exercise and everyday life can place on the body.
My passion for helping others inspired me to become a remedial massage therapist. I tailor each treatment to your individual needs, whether you're seeking relief from muscle tension or simply some time to relax and unwind.
My goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported and at your best.

Choose deep tissue if you have ongoing muscle tension or tightness from desk work, exercise or posture, and relaxation if you simply want to switch off and unwind. If you're not sure, just ask: every treatment is tailored to you.
Yes. Pregnancy massage is available as a 75 or 90 minute treatment, with supported positioning for comfort. Please let Sam know how far along you are when you book.
